Ayman Sawaf, Founder of Kids EQ, is a pioneer in emotional literacy who has produced books and movies for children and adults since 1983. He brought his passion for emotions and his success as an executive together in the best-selling book, Executive EQ, which he co-authored with Dr. Robert Cooper, as well as in his new book “Sacred Commerce the Rise of the Global Citizen”, Co-Authored with his wife Rowan Gabrielle.

Penny Dyer Ph.D. – Co-Author of the Parent Guides, and developer of EQ based Curriculum. Penny is currently the CEO of Curriculum Design Institute, a company that specializes in curriculum and instructional design and professional development for education publishers. She has been actively involved in professional development programs for teachers since 1976. Dr. Dyer taught at the K-12 levels in English and as a Reading/Language Specialist; taught at University of California at Berkeley, California State University as well as private universities; and was a public school district administrator. She also authored many children’s stories that have been used by major publishers and institutions internationally.

Rowan Gabrielle – Co-Author of the KidsEQ Parent Guides, and Co-founder of FEEL.org. Rowan is a visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist. She and her Husband Ayman founded FEEL.org (the Foundation for Emotional Literacy) in 1994 - FEEL is now leading the campaign to take a million signatures to the United Nations to ask for Emotional Literacy to be taught in our schools.  She has over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur in the LOHAS (Life Styles of Health and Sustainability) Market including WholeLife Expo and Enchante Innertainment – (now kids EQ). 

Michael Moore – Marketing, Sales and Magic.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. He created Golden Spiral: Toys that Teach in 1985 and has provided educational toys for children and innovative tools for adults ever since. He has studied conflict resolution, is passionate about every aspect of Emotional Literacy, and is honored to be part of Kids EQ.

Robert Gelman – Marketing Director & E-learning Specialist
Robert is an author, editor, interactive media developer, and producer of large events, including conferences, tradeshows, and festivals. He has also held senior marketing positions and consultancies with leading publishing and software companies. In 2006 he became the lead producer of "Crossroads of Learning," the premier site for one-to-one educators, featuring online training, certifications, social networks, blogs, webcasts, and more.
